The corporate meeting of the Windsor Public Library will occur Thursday, January 17th at 7 pm. Members of the Corporation are encouraged to attend. If you’ve been a corporate member for a long time, but haven’t attended in a few years, now is your time to do so! According to the Windsor Public Library Bylaws, members are, “The chairman of the Board of Selectmen and the Treasurer of the Town of Windsor shall be members, ex officiis, of the Corporation. Once elected, Board of Trustee members shall also be members of the Corporation. Additional members may be elected at any Annual Meeting of the Corporation by a majority of the votes cast. Once elected, a member of the Corporation shall continue to serve as such until death, resignation, or dismissal.” We will have our regular reports for 2007, and will also have some bylaw amendments for Corporation approval. Refreshments will be served after the meeting.
