Restaurant Option in Windsor Vermont. Great Food, Reasonably Priced, Local Business! NO NAME is now open for dinner Tuesday thru Saturday. Our hours are 10-8 Tuesday thru Thursday, and Friday and Saturday 10-8….. Our food is an American style cuisine with a wonderful Philippine twist… Come try our curried chicken or stir fry, and steak is on the menu if that pleases your palette as well. You can finish the meal with a fabulous flan, or our signature bread pudding. One of our chefs is Nida, who has been in America for over 20 years but still remains close to her native heritage with her Philippine style cooking which she shares with No Name on a daily basis. Our other chef, Marcus, is a young, hard working cook on his way towards becoming an excellent chef. He is enrolled in college currently, hoping to next year begin culinary school. He has been apprenticing underneath Miss Lyda Lemire, the Juniper Hill Inn’s esteemed chef. We are always looking for enetertainment ideas, so yours are welcome and much appreciated. Any questions or comments, feel free to ask Katie, No Name manager, barista, baker, and also Real Estate agent. For anyone who hasn’t eaten at the No Name recently, Nida’s cooking is absolutely fabulous. The menu is extremely varied and everything we’ve had so far has been wonderful. I highly recommend the curries!!
