I know there are several bio-diesel creators that do it from there home garage. Diesel and Kerosene are virtually the same thing which is why the dye is put in K-1 in the first place. Could the school utilize this alternative? Also, why not get some form of PILOT out of the state if you switch to a wood boiler type system? It affects our community in every facet of life, from children at home who go to bed without medicine to the schools when they arrive there sick. It also affects our elderly in the same ways, except they don't go to school. Never the less, older folks on Medicare are being squeezed out of their lives.
